SUMMARY:Quilt Ministry: Fox River CARES with Quilts
DESCRIPTION:\n\n	Fox River CARES With Quilts\nFox River CARES With Quilts creates “Care Quilts” for members of our congregation, those referred through our Prayer Network, and others who need Christian love, prayer, and support.\nThis group is about more than making quilts – it is an opportunity for Christian fellowship and serving others. You do not need to know how to sew to participate! There are many ways to help with cutting, assembling, tying, organizing supplies, and other quilt-making tasks. Teens and adults are welcome offering an opportunity to learn sewing and quilting while serving others.\nMeetings are ongoing from 9:00 AM-12:00 PM on the 1st, 2nd & 3rd Tuesdays of each month. The group will meet in the Quilt Room at church and may expand to a larger space as participation grows.\nWe are currently accepting cotton fabric or cash donations to purchase fabric.\nFabric may include fun novelty prints, pretty nature prints, masculine prints, or solid colors.\nPieces of at least two yards are especially appreciated.\nMonetary gifts can be made out to Fox River Church with “Quilt Ministry” noted in the memo.\nCome join us as we sew, pray, fellowship, and share God’s love-one quilt at a time!\nQuestions or want to get involved? Contact Kathy Weil or the church office for information.\n\n
